Client-Accountant relationships are one of trust, security and education. Roger is making it easier for partners to connect them
Accounting firms are busy. Between drumming up new business, tackling tax season and managing day-to-day client work, there isn't a lot of time to waste on slow internal processes.
We heard from our accounting partners that they were looking for a simpler way to assign staff members to clients.
Roger's product team has been working to enhance this process and deliver a solution that takes the client-accountant linking process down to just seconds.
Accounting partners can now create Groups of staff members, as well as nested Subgroups within those Groups. Team members at the firm are then assigned to their clients or Groups.
This makes it easier and more secure for partners to grant access to client accounts.
Instead of granting access to clients, partners can add their staff members and assign them to Groups.
You can have Groups and then nested Subgroups underneath those groups to further refine the clients that staff can be assigned to.
The following roles have been updated in Roger.
As this feature is rolled out to all Partner accounts, you can work hand-in-hand with a member of our Onboarding team to ensure your Groups are properly set-up and you can migrate successfully from the former process.
